A working vineyard residence outside Eugene. 7,200 square feet. Stone-clad lower level, board-and-batten upper, with a barrel-vaulted tasting room finished in white oak. Outdoor kitchen and pergola overlooking the south-facing vines. Fourteen-month build, fixed-price contract, closed on schedule.
