Discovery call
Twenty minutes on the phone with Brandon Rollins. We learn your project: scope, timeline, budget, deal-breakers. You learn how we work: fixed-price contracts, written warranties, direct access to the owner. By the end, we both know whether to keep talking.
Walk-through & scope
Brandon Rollins visits your land. Reviews your architect's plans if you have them, or recommends Oregon architects we've worked with for years if you don't. We measure, photograph, and document. You'll receive a written scope summary within five business days — exactly what we'll build, exactly to what standard.
Fixed-price proposal
You receive a fixed-price proposal — line-itemed by trade, by material, by phase. The number you sign is the number you pay. The contract includes a hard finish date, a written workmanship warranty, an allowance schedule (so you know exactly where your "selections" budget sits), and a standard draw schedule tied to milestones.
Build
Crew on site Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. Weekly written progress reports — what was completed, what's next, what (if anything) requires a decision from you. Selections appointments are scheduled in advance, not sprung on you. Brandon Rollins does a personal walk every Friday. You always know where the project stands.
Punch list & close-out
Final walk-through with Brandon Rollins. Anything that doesn't meet our standard goes on the punch list and gets fixed before we hand you the keys — not after. You receive a binder: every manufacturer warranty, every appliance manual, every paint code, every electrical schematic, the as-built plans. One year and two years out, we come back to verify the warranty work. Built once. Built right.
