What we build

The structure has to be honest, or the finish work is a lie.

Framing is the foundation of every other trade. A wall that's a quarter-inch out of square ripples into every surface — the cabinets, the trim, the flooring, the drywall. The cost to "make it work" downstream is enormous. We don't make it work downstream. We frame it square the first time.

The crew that framed a fifty-home development for SpaceX frames your house. Same standards. Same precision. Tight, square, to code with margin — never to code with luck.

Scope

New custom home framing · Addition framing (single- or multi-story) · ADU detached or attached · Structural retrofits (seismic, load-bearing wall removal, foundation underpinning) · Heavy-timber framing · Engineered-beam installation · Steel-moment-frame integration.

Why our framing holds up

Three things most framers cut.

Square & plumb to spec

We check every wall, every corner, every opening against the line — not against "close enough." If it's a quarter inch off, we fix it before drywall arrives.

Engineered hardware

Simpson hardware where engineering specifies it. Not "what we had on the truck." Connection details to the print, every time.

Air sealing built in

The framing crew is briefed on the energy code and the future insulation contractor. We frame so the envelope can perform — not so the next crew has to retrofit it.
