What you get

The three things every custom builder should give you.

Fixed-price contract

Line-itemed by trade, by material, by phase. The number you sign is the number you pay. Changes only happen with written approval.

Hard finish date

We commit to your move-in date in writing before you sign. If we miss it without an authorized change order, we pay the day-late fee.

Owner-led build

Brandon Rollins is on every project. His direct cell. Weekly written progress reports. Friday walk-throughs.
