Five acres above the Willamette. Architect-led design with in-house finish carpentry. Sixty-foot covered porch with cedar timbers we milled on site. Closed two days ahead of contract; final draw at 99.4% of signed price.
Lake Oswego · 2024
A 1960s split-level taken to the studs and rebuilt as a contemporary master craftsman. Custom kitchen cabinetry, finish carpentry throughout, replaced exterior envelope to current Oregon energy code.
Cannon Beach · 2023
Second home on a windward bluff. Weather-engineered exterior with stainless fasteners throughout, double-stud walls, and ipe decking. Designed to feel weightless. Built to outlast the bluff.
Bend · 2023
Architect-led mountain modern on the edge of Tumalo Creek. Heavy timber framing, blackened steel detailing, and a great room built around twenty-two-foot Douglas fir beams sourced within fifty miles.
Dunthorpe · 2023
Era-correct restoration of a 1928 estate. Replicated original crown molding profiles, restored leaded glass, rebuilt the slate roof. Modern systems hidden behind period-correct millwork.
Eugene · 2022
A working vineyard residence. Stone-clad lower level, board-and-batten upper, with a barrel-vaulted tasting room finished in white oak. Outdoor kitchen and pergola overlooking the south-facing vines.
