What we build

An outdoor room that earns its square footage.

Custom decks, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, covered patios, fire-pit conversation pits, and full outdoor-living envelopes. Oregon's weather demands a different deck than Phoenix's: we engineer for the wet, the freeze-thaw, and the moss. The result is a deck that still photographs beautifully in year fifteen.

Material options run the spectrum: traditional cedar (Pacific Northwest classic), ipe (the hardest tropical hardwood, lasts 75+ years), composite (TimberTech or Trex for the maintenance-free crowd), or stone for the patio-and-pergola direction.

Why ours last

Most decks fail at the fastener and the framing.

Stainless fasteners

Every fastener that touches the wet side of the assembly is stainless or hot-dipped galvanized. The cost difference is real. The longevity difference is decades.

Proper drainage detail

The Oregon climate punishes hidden joints. We detail every connection so water has a path off — not into — your house.

Engineered framing

Pressure-treated framing rated for ground contact, sized for the actual loads. Not the lumber-yard default.
